Tuna or Chicken Melt

  1. Brown muffins in toaster or broiler oven.
  2. Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and cheese.
  3. Top each muffin with tuna/chicken mix, cover with tomato slice and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Broil 5 inches from heat until cheese melts and is a little bown.
