Tuna Noodle Casserole

I've been making this casserole since I was about 10. Great, easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 5 (5 ounce) cans tuna (drained)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag  egg noodles (cooked)
  • 1  cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon oregano (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 12 teaspoon basil
  • 14 teaspoon thyme (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon ground pepper (optional)
  • 20  Ritz crackers

Directions

  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 pan.
  3. In the 9 x 13 pan, add seasonings, cream of
  4. Add cream of celery soup to the 9 x 13 pan and stir.
  5. Add milk to the pan and stir.
  6. Add tuna to the pan and stir.
  7. Add cooked egg noodles to the pan and stir.
  8. Flatten the ingredients, making a smooth layer.
  9. Crumble the Ritz crackers and coat top of casserole with crackers.
  10. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
