Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package  egg noodles
  • 2  cups  frozen peas
  • 1 (10 ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1  small  chopped onion (optional)
  • 1  teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cook egg noodles to preferred firmness.
  2. Combine all ingredients in 9x13 baking dish, save 1/4 cup of cheese.
  3. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheesy is golden and bubbly.
