Tuna Noodle Casserole

This recipe came from my Grandma's Cookbook.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 10 14 ounces  condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1  cup milk
  • 3  cups  hot  cooked rotini
  • 12 12 ounces tuna in water, drained
  • 1 13 cups  French-fried onions, divided
  • 1 (10 ounce) package  frozen peas and carrots
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine soup and milk in a casserole dish. Stir in pasta, tuna, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, vegetables and cheese. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with remaining French onions. Bake for 5 minutes more.
