Tuna-Noodle Casserole

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package  medium egg noodles
  • 1 (11 ounce) can  cheddar cheese soup
  • 1  cup celery, chopped
  • 2  tablespoons margarine
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 2  tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 34 cup milk
  • 14 cup pimiento, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook noodles to package directions.
  3. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, saute' celery and onion in margarine until tender.
  4. Stir in soup and milk. Gently stir in tuna, pimento and cooked noodles.
  5. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
