Tuna-N-Noodles

Another recipe from mom, super easy and good comfort food

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) bag  egg noodles, only use about 3/4 of the bag
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna
  • 2 (10 3/4ounce) cans  cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup Miracle Whip
  •  frozen peas, add as many as you like
  •  salt and pepper, to taste
  •  crushed  potato chips, enough to top the casserole

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Boil egg noodles until tender.
  3. While noodles are cooking mix tuna, cream of mushroom soup, miracle whip, peas, salt and pepper together in bowl.
  4. Add noodles and mix well.
  5. Spoon into 13x9 glass baking dish.
  6. Bake 20 min at 350*, add crushed potato chips to top and bake 10 more minutes.
