Tuna Fish Flan

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 200 g tuna in brine, drained
- 100 g potato chips, crushed
- 175 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 50 g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 pint milk
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (to garnish)
Directions
- Mix tuna and crisps in a large bowl.
- Add cheese, onion and mushrooms mixing well.
- Stir in the eggs and milk again mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a 10" flan dish (no need to grease).
- Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 for 30-40 mins until set.
- Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
