- Mix tuna with eggs, onion, and relish and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Scoop out all but about 1/4 inch of flesh from avocados and chop. Mix with 1 teaspoons lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush avocado halves with remaining lemon juice. Add chopped avocado to tuna mixture and gently mix Place completed tuna mixture into.avocado halves. Serve Tomato slices on the side.
