Tuna Cakes

Great served alone or as a 'burger'

Yields: 6 patties

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 3  eggs, beaten
  • 1 (540 ml) can white kidney beans
  • 12 teaspoon pepper (or more to taste)
  • 12 small  white onion, minced
  • 2  cups  panko  breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Adjust panko so that patties are not runny or sticky.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Fry patties for approximately 5 minutes each side.
