Tuna Cakes

Yields: 6 patties
Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (540 ml) can white kidney beans
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper (or more to taste)
- 1⁄2 small white onion, minced
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Adjust panko so that patties are not runny or sticky.
- Form into patties.
- Fry patties for approximately 5 minutes each side.
