Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, diced
- chopped lettuce, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, flake tuna with a fork.
- Add the tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, and mayo and stir until combined.
- Add avocado and mix just until coated.
- Serve over chopped lettuce (I sometimes add some spinach as well).
