Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can tuna, drained,flaked
- 2⁄3 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup pimiento, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2⁄3 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Combine tuna, pepper, onion, pimiento and mayonnaise.
- Spoon in shallow dish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
- Bake at 350°, 20 min.
- or until thoroughly heated.
- Serves 4.
