Tuna and Corn Melts

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- 185 g tuna in vegetable oil, drained
- 310 g corn kernels, drained
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat grill to high. Toast bread lightly.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture over each slice of toast. Grill for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
