Tuna and Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
- 1 canned tuna in olive oil
- 2 limes, squeezed
- 200 g chickpeas (approx half a can)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame dressing
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 1⁄2 cup diced tomato
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese, cubes
- 1⁄2 cup toasted cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Boil pasta of your choice (macaroni or fussili works well) until fully cooked.
- Mix well with other ingredients.
- Serve chilled or warm, depending on your preference.
