Tsatziki Sauce

Traditional Greek Tsatziki Sauce, Great with Gyros!! Prep. time includes cooling (min.)

Ingredients

• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  medium cucumber, 1 medium skinned, shredded and patted dry
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dill
• 1⁄2 tablespoon parsley
• 1  teaspoon garlic

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and put in fridge for at least an hour, I like to let it sit over night, to let the flavors mix well.
