Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons proofed yeast
- 2 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 cup luke warm water
- 1⁄4 cup nuts
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
Directions
- Proof yeast - yeast in 1/4 cup Luke warm water & teaspoon of sugar.
- add flours, vital, salt, honey, seeds, raisins, nuts, olive oil into bread maker.
- add proofed yeast.
- water.
- use 2lb loaf setting.
- Select whole wheat bread setting.
- start bread machine.
- after kneading for a bit, verify enough liquid. If not add tablespoon or two of lukewarm water.
