  1. Proof yeast - yeast in 1/4 cup Luke warm water & teaspoon of sugar.
  2. add flours, vital, salt, honey, seeds, raisins, nuts, olive oil into bread maker.
  3. add proofed yeast.
  4. water.
  5. use 2lb loaf setting.
  6. Select whole wheat bread setting.
  7. start bread machine.
  8. after kneading for a bit, verify enough liquid. If not add tablespoon or two of lukewarm water.
