Truffle Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (225 g) package semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Mix together cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch spingform pan.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 1 hour in preheated 325F oven, or until center slightly jiggles when is lightly shaken. Cool. Chill. just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired.
