Trout-Mousse (Blender recipe)

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets, smoked,skin removed
- 40 g butter, soft
- 150 g sour cream
- 5 tablespoons heavy cream
- pepper
- lemon juice
Directions
- Put trout into the bowl of the blender and blend on medium speed until fine.
- Add other ingredients and blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Use spatula if necessary.
