Tropical Treat!

Yeterday, was national Pina Colada Day, so I am posting this creative drink that sounds as good as any other pineapple coconut drink or maybe even better. hungrygirl.com

Ingredients

• 1  ounce light rum
• 1 1⁄2 ounces  torani  sugar-free coconut syrup
• 1⁄4 cup  breyer's double churn fat free vanilla ice cream
• 1  tablespoon  crushed pineapple in juice
• 3⁄4 cup  crushed  ice
• 1 3⁄4 ounces Splenda sugar substitute (or another no-calorie sweetener)

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
3. Pour into a cute cocktail glass.
4. Enjoy!
