Ingredients
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 1⁄2 ounces torani sugar-free coconut syrup
- 1⁄4 cup breyer's double churn fat free vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon crushed pineapple in juice
- 3⁄4 cup crushed ice
- 1 3⁄4 ounces Splenda sugar substitute (or another no-calorie sweetener)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a cute cocktail glass.
- Enjoy!
