Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen butternut squash, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a 1-quart casserole dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
- Bake, covered, for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
