Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, slices
- 1⁄4 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, reduced fat
- 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 3 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, grilled
Directions
- MIX all ingredients except pork until well blended.
- SERVE over hot sliced pork.
