Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sliced mango, skin removed (about 1 mango)
- 1⁄2 cup silken tofu (about 6 ounces)
- 1⁄4 cup cubed pineapple
- 2 kiwi fruits, sliced and skin removed
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 5 ice cubes
Directions
- Add the mango, tofu, pineapple, kiwi, juice and ice to the blender. Mix together on high speed.
- Makes 2 smoothies.
- VARIATIONS:
- Substitute soy milk or rice milk for the tofu, and about 5 to more ice cubes to thicken. Try replacing the orange juice with pineapple juice or guava juice. You can also toss in 1/2 cup strawberries.
