Tropical Marinade

From 365 Great Grilling Recipes. Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat. I made this and packaged it in 2 ziplocks with porkchops and stuck it in the freezer. Will update when thawed/cooked.

• Yields: 2/3 cup

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup  pineapple juice
• 2  garlic cloves
• 3  tablespoons brown sugar
• 3  tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1  teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
2. Pour over meat.
