Tropical Fruit Salsa

A colorful Summertime treat. Great for pool parties, backyard BBQ's, or make as a gift!

• Ready In: 2 hrs
• Yields: 2 cups salsa

Ingredients

• 1  mango, peeled,pitted and chopped
• 1  papaya, peeled,pitted,and chopped
• 2  kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
• 1  cup pineapple chunk, fresh or canned
• 1  tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
• 1  tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1  jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
2. Serve at room temperature.
