Ingredients

  • 1  cup milk
  • 1  medium banana, sliced
  • 3  tablespoons  orange juice concentrate, not diluted
  • 1  ice cube (optional)

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixer, blender, or other container to liquify.
  2. Serve cold.
