Trish's Venison Meatloaf

Yields: 1 Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1⁄2 lb ground pork (not sausage)
- 1 cup cracker, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup hienz chili sauce
Glaze
- 1⁄2 cup hienz ketchup
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together first 10 ingredients Shape into a loaf.
- and place in loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of meatloaf. Bake for about an hour or til done in center.
