Triple Berry Parfait

This is so easy, but so good. Try it for breakfast.

Yields: 1 parfait

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt (sweetened with non-calorie sweetener)
  • 12-34 cup  fresh or slightly defrosted blueberries
  • 6  medium strawberries, sliced
  • 12 cup  kroger brand  blueberry almond cereal (or Post blueberry morning cereal)

Directions

  1. Sweeten the berries with noncalorie sweetener.
  2. Layer in glass berries, cereal, yogurt.
  3. Layer until all ingredients are gone.
  4. Eat immediately.
