Triple Apricot Sauce for Lamb

This recipe is great for lamb on the grill. I gives it a great mouth watering flavor. It is a variation of a recipe I found in a paper about 12 years ago for Easter recipes using lamb. Show more

Yields: 1 cups

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  apricot jam
  • 12 cup  apricot nectar
  • 12 cup  chopped  dried apricot
  • 2  tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes Baste lamb with sauce while cooking Spoon any leftover sauce over lamb when serving.
