Tresia's Tuna Log Appetizer Spread

My mother and law used to make this spread for Holidays

• Serves: 6-8
• Yields: 1 log

Ingredients

• 1 (6 1/2ounce) can tuna, drained
• 2  teaspoons  minced onions
• 1⁄2 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1  teaspoon horseradish
• 1⁄2 cup  minced parsley

Directions

1. mix everhting together except parsely, shape into a log and then roll in parsely. chill before serving.
