Yields: 1 Cup

Ingredients

  • 1  ounce  peppermint leaf (natures digestant)
  • 1  tablespoon rosemary (natures tranquilizer)
  • 1  teaspoon sage leaf (natures's sleep producer)

Directions

  1. Mix.
  2. Keep in a tightly closed jar (in freezer).
  3. Use 1 heaping teaspoon in 1 cup of boiling water.
  4. Let it steep for 1 minute, strain.
  5. Sweeten with honey, if desired.
  6. Sip.
