Trail Mix Cookies

Yields: 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup almond butter
- 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or foil. If you have neither, be sure to grease your sheet well.
- Throw EVERYTHING in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until totally combined.
- If you can manage to NOT eat the batter uncooked {it won't be easy but remember there's a raw egg in there} Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes, until just starting to get golden.
