Trail Boss Rub for Cowboy Steaks

A semi-spicey rub that will add a wonderful flavor to any Steak.

Ingredients

• 2  teaspoons chili powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  ancho  chile powder
• 2  teaspoons instant coffee
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1  lb  steak, of your choice

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Spinkle on the Steak before grilling, coating the Steak well and rubbing mixture in well.
3. Grill steak and enjoy.
4. The Steak may be coated with this ahead of time, sealed and sit back in refrigerator until cooking.
