Traffic Jam

This is from the Seattle Times. There is MAJOR construction on I-5 this summer. This is what the paper says about the recipe: "The I-5 construction got the folks at BOKA Kitchen + Bar in downtown Seattle thinking about a cocktail. They came up with the Traffic Jam for those who want to wait out rush hour (and they extended their happy hour until 8 p.m. this month.)" Sent to me via FBC Queenie. :)

Ingredients

• 4  fresh raspberries
• 2  fresh mint sprigs
• 1 1⁄2 ounces rum (Bacardi Silver)
• 1⁄2 ounce triple sec
• 1  ounce lemon, sour (equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup)

Directions

1. Muddle the raspberries and the mint. Add Bacardi Silver, Triple Sec and lemon sour.
2. Shake and strain into a martini shell with a citrus-sugar rim.
