Directions

  1. Bring water to broil in a big thick cooking pot with handles and heavy lit.
  2. Add thick rolled oats to broiling water.
  3. Put the lit on and turn the fire down to the lowest heat.
  4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Important to give a few shake ( circular ) every half minute.
  5. Turn off the fire. Let stand for 30 minutes.
