Traditional Rolled Oats
Directions
- Bring water to broil in a big thick cooking pot with handles and heavy lit.
- Add thick rolled oats to broiling water.
- Put the lit on and turn the fire down to the lowest heat.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Important to give a few shake ( circular ) every half minute.
- Turn off the fire. Let stand for 30 minutes.
