Tortellini With Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) package meat-filled tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 teaspoons sun-dried tomato paste
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, boil cream, stirring, until reduced by about half, 5-6 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and whisk until blended.
- Drain tortellini and add to cream sauce. Toss gently and serve sprinkled with parsley.
