Tortellini En Brodo Florentine

Ingredients
- 46 ounces chicken broth
- 9 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh spinach leaves, shredded
- 1 small bunch fresh basil, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add tortellini and cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and basil. Cook until spinach is wilted and pasta is just tender, about 2 minutes.
- Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
