Top Round Steaks With Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • steak

  • 1  tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 12 cup  five-cheese italian dressing
  • 1  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 12 lbs boneless beef top round steaks
  • potatoes

  • 1  tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 3  tablespoons  five-cheese italian dressing
  • 1  teaspoon  McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
  • 20  ounces  red potatoes, diced

Directions

  1. Steak: Combine rosemary, dressing, & Worcestershire sauce in a zip lock bag. Add Steaks and shake to coat.
  2. Let marinade at least 10 minutes.
  3. Place steaks in broiler.
  4. Broil on high for 4-7 minutes each side.
  5. Potatoes: Combine Rosemary, dressing, potatoes, and seasoning.
  6. Wrap in aluminum foil. Fold all sides and seal on top and edges of the foil. Broil 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender, turning once during cooking.
