Tommy Zombie

Based on a recipe from the box my Tommy Bahama Ultra Premium Rum came in. It reminds us that the Zombie was introduced at the New York World’s Fair in 1939!

Ingredients

• 1  part dark rum (Tommy Bahama brand preferred)
• 1  part light rum (Tommy Bahama brand preferred)
• 1⁄3  part cherry brandy
• 1⁄3  part apricot brandy
• 1  part  orange juice
• 2  parts  pineapple juice
• 1⁄3  part lime juice
•  splash  almond syrup (Orgeat)
•  orange slice (garnish)
•  lime slice (garnish)
•  mint sprig (garnish)

Directions

1. Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
3. Shake and strain into a tall glass.
4. Garnish with slices of orange, lime and a sprig of mint.
