Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup mushroom, sliced
- 3 ounces ham, diced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 dash allspice
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can fat-free chicken broth
- 3 whole tomatoes, peeled
Directions
- Mix the onion, mushrooms, ham, oil, garlic, paprika, and allspice in a large pot. Cook for one minute.
- Add the chicken broth, chickpeas, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Puree soup in a blender and serve.
