Tomato Salsa for Canning

Our favorite salsa, comes out right and always seems to run out before the next tomatoes are ripe

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot on medium heat, gently stir occasionally until simmering, do not allow it to burn. When simmering well, spoon into prepared jars and place in boiling hot water pot. Process 15 minutes for pints, 20 minutes for quarts.
