Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1⁄4 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Layer tomatoes and onions on a serving platter and sprinkle with oregano.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together and drizzle over tomatoes and onions.
- Let stand about 10 minutes before serving so flavors can meld.
