Tomato Quiche

Ingredients
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and drained
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions
- Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over the bottom of the pie shell.
- Layer the tomatoes and over cheese.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder.
- Beat the eggs and milk together, and pour over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle wi th the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a 350F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
