Tomato Parsley and Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 cup finely sliced red onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In bowl, combine tomatoes, parsley and onion.
- Add olive oil, vinegar and salt. Toss until well combined.
