Tomato Mozzarella Salad

This is a very easy salad. We like to have this with spaghetti.

Ingredients

• 2  lbs firm ripe tomatoes
• 8  ounces mozzarella cheese, cut in small cubes
• 1  cup fresh basil, chopped or 1  teaspoon dry basil
• 1  cup  fresh oregano, chopped or 1  teaspoon dry oregano
• 3  tablespoons olive oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. In lg bowl, toss all ingredients.
2. Mix well.
