Tomato Hamburger Casserole

This mixes up in a flash. I like to mix it up at lunchtime on days when I have a lot of errands and put it in the oven on time bake so dinner is ready when I return home.

Ingredients

• 1  lb hamburger
• 1  cup rice
• 1  can  tomato soup
• 2  cups water
• 2  tablespoons  dehydrated onion
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
•  salt
•  pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, making sure the hamburger is broken up well.
2. Cover and cook for an hour in oven at 400.
