  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet to medium.
  2. Add garlic and onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the tomatoes and reduce heat to a simmer-still stirring.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients, simmering to thick.
  6. Remove and serve.
