Tomato, Cucumber and Clam Juice Spiced Up

Ingredients
- 4 cups tomato juice (substitute veggie tomato type juices)
- 1 cup clam juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (substitute olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry basil (optional 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (substitute Tabasco type sauce)
- 2 Persian cucumbers (remove seeds, peel outer skin optional, chopped finely)
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 4 lemon wedges
Directions
- In a large pitcher add all the ingredients except the lemon wedges, mix well.
- Pour into tall individual glasses and add a lemon wedge on the glass rim.
- Serve and enjoy.
