Ingredients
- 1 cup plum tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄3 cup purple onion, diced fine
- 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, slivered
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
