Tomato Basil Dip

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- assorted fresh vegetables, and or cracker
Directions
- Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, tomato paste and grated lemon rind.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
- This will keep up to 2 days in refrigerator.
- Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
