Tomato Balsamic Jam

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups seeded tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small saucepan bring vinegar to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vinegar is reduced to syrup, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
