Tomato Bacon Tarts from the White House on High Street B & B

Ingredients

• 1 (16 1/3ounce) can  Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
• 2  medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2  tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
• 1⁄2 medium onion, chopped very fine
• 6  ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
• 8  slices bacon, cooked and crumbed
• 2  garlic cloves, chopped fine
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

1. Separate the biscuits and place in a greased muffin pan to form tart shell.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients together and stuff each tart shell.
3. Follow baking instructions on biscuit can.
